Two potential HTC devices, the HTC Hengshan and Huashan both running Windows 7 were spotted again on the web. HTC seems to be focused more than ever before, always working on one handset running one OS or another. The Huashan is expected to have a 480 x 800 screen resolution, while the Hengshan will have a 320 x 480 screen resolution. Not sure if they will be both touchscreen phones or have any keypad, but the leak helps to know what HTC has planned.

The picture seems to be a manual of a Motorola Droid powered by Android. Judging from the picture, the screensize kind of look familiar when compared with the HTC HD2 phone. It may be that this is the rumored 4.3 inch mobile phone people have been talking about.

Google Android on the iPhone really works! Yes it does and you really can start using Android on your iPhone 3G if you want to. First was Android on the first generation iPhone about a week ago, we now have the same Android now running on the iphone 3G. Hopefully we may even have it on the next coming iPhone 4G. The port to the iPhone 3G is said to be a little rough compared to that of the first generation iPhone, but things seem to be working fine.

Customers who had preordered the phone received an official email from Verizon that the phone will be released on May 27. The phone is said to cost $100 after a $100 mail-in rebate with a new or renewed 2 year contract. Verizon is still taking preorders online but retail stores will start stocking by May 27. AT&T Increases ETF On Smartphones And Netbooks

It was Verizon that first racked up their Early Termination Fee, ETF for smartphones and netbooks. Now we have AT&T doing just the same. AT&T announced that starting June 1st, they will be increasing the ETF for their smartphones and netbooks. It kind of make sense after doing the calculations because customers who cancel their contracts immediately after signing it kind of have a great deal. For example a BlackBerry 9700 retails for $449;  if you buy the phone for $199 with a new 2-year contract and cancel right after for $175 ETF, that would be a total $374.  With the new AT&T increase in ETF, that total would now be $524, a solid $75 over the retail.
