The Samsung Galaxy Fold phone release has been put on hold after several reported issues about the foldable display. There have been many reports of broken displays and also issue with performance and quality of the display. Some reviewers even mentioned the phone became unusable after a few days of use.
The phone was planned to launch on April 26, 2019 for a whopping $1,980 price tag but pre-orders started April 12, 2019. With all of the issues and complaints about the foldable screen, all shipments have been put on hold pending when Samsung is able to resolve all of the issues with the flagship phone.
